Black Sheep Wall and Colombian Necktie are smack dab in the middle of their Metal Insider-sponsored tour. They’ll be continuing on the road through the end of the month, and Black Sheep Wall guitarist Scott checked in with us on the road for another update. You can catch the remaining dates below, so if you’re in Texas, New Mexico or Arizona, you’re on notice!

Touring in a Prius is a real drag. My ass has been hurting for four days straight. It’s funny all my coworkers, and friends not in the know think what we do is this glamorous thing. Don’t get me wrong we’re having the time of our lives, and the shows have been awesome, but I bet they didn’t think there would be a bag of chips under the pillow in a bed in a house we were put up in.

Anyway, Denver was really great last night. I’m not sure how many people came out, but it was one of those things where the energy transcended whatever the turnout was to make it feel really special. As of now we’re in Albuquerque on our way to The Breaking Bad house as we speak. I loved that show.

Head’s up if you have Sprint as your cell phone provider, don’t go on a road trip by yourself through the Midwest, or anywhere really. You won’t have service if anything bad happens to you. It’s like I don’t fucking exist right now. It’s even worse that a lot of business at my job is conducted through email, and shit is just piling on me. Man, fuck this Prius and my cell phone.

Looking forward to the show tonight though, and my first shower of the tour. I feel like mother fucking Pig Pen or something.
