Updates

Yellow and Green? More like Black and Blue, amirite? All joking aside, Baroness have posted another update to their website following their horrific bus crash several weeks ago that features encouraging news. “John Baizley has been released from hospital,” it reads. “Allen and Matt have arrived back in the United States. All remaining 2012 tour dates are canceled. Thank you for all of the continued support.”

Once again, given how serious the accident was and what the bus looked like after its crash, it’s a miracle that everyone is alive, let alone well enough to leave the hospital. And while it’s a bummer that the band won’t be playing for the rest of the year, they’ll almost certainly be back. The one thing we haven’t heard about so far: the condition of the bus driver, who was apparently the most seriously-injured.
