Posted by on October 30, 2014

exodusexhibitbRemember James Evans? That’s the Exodus fan that decided to post some lyrics on his Facebook page. However, the Kentucky man posted the lyrics to “Class Dismissed (A Hate Primer), a song about a school shooting, that a resident of his town saw. Before long, the father of a three-month son was arrested was jailed for eight days and faced five to ten years behind bars after not being able to pay his $1,000 bond. Well, according to a report on WZTV Fox 17,  the charges of terroristic threatening have been dropped against Evans. The article says that the ACLU caught wind of the case, and his attorney, Bill Sharp, said the charges were dismissed this past Monday. Still, it’s probably not a good idea in this day and age to post lyrics about school shootings on your social media. This has been a public service announcement from your friends at Metal Insider.
