Randy Blythe Gets New Bail Hearing – Next Week

Updates

While Lamb of God frontman Randy Blythe sits in a Prague jail for a 15th day on suspicion of manslaughter, his U.S. attorney and two Czech lawyers have made a formal request for a bail hearing today. However, the Municipal Court’s three-judge panel that will decide on whether his bail is upheld won’t convene for one more week. According to The Gauntlet’s sources, even if his bail is upheld next week, the prosecutor can bring it to another court for ruling, so there’s really no end to this in immediate sight.

The elephant in the room is Lamb of God’s expected tour with Gojira and Dethklok that’s supposed to kick off in less than three weeks. While Blythe’s legal problems and the resolution (no pun intended) of his incarceration are what’s most important, how much longer before the tour gets postponed or canceled?
