Out of the 10,000 Tool updates we have seen, this 10,001st update is arguably the most concrete one we have seen in a while. Tool guitarist Adam Jones confirmed that the group are recording the new album by posting a teaser video clip on his Instagram with a comment stating “day 1”.
This means, despite Maynard dismissing many Tool updates, that the group are in the studio.
