Bring Me The Horizon has their own game of Thrones

Posted by on July 23, 2015

This week has been pouring with Bring Me The Horizon news and they don’t seem to be stopping anytime soon. We talked about their official announcement for their new upcoming album That’s The Spiritwhich we already got to listen a bit with their single “Happy Song;” the band also revealed the dates for their North American tour this coming fall with the support of Issues; and they also received an award for Best Video on the second edition of the AP Music Awards for their single “Drown” but that’s not all, folks. The band just released their newest video off the new album for the song “Thrones.”

As we have previously mentioned, the band has decided to target a broader audience by making more melodic and accessible music, inclined towards the radio-friendly rock sound than their aggressive metalcore sound from their early days and “Thrones” is the clear example of that. I wouldn’t be surprised if I hear to this song on the radio while driving to work.

That’s The Spirit is set to be out on September 11th via Columbia Records and “Thrones” is one of the eleven tracks of the album listed below, which I’m sure we will hear more of in the future.
