Jeff Scott Soto awesomely pleads fans to buy new Soto album

sotoWhile singer Jeff Scott Soto’s second album as Soto has been out since April 1, the band have found a genius way to promote it. The band did part one of a video for Divak borrowing from Queen’s “Bohemian Rhapsody.” Their “Divak Rhapsody” is a lyric video patterned after the Queen hit with funny lyrics asking fans to not download the album for free, but to purchase it as well. the band state they need the cash to stay on tour. It’s light-hearted and well-done and it promises that more is coming. All bands should market their CD’s this creatively. That being said, maybe they should have done it before the album came out…
