Let’s ‘Deconstruct’ this new O’Brother song

obrotherAtlanta’s O’Brother have toed the line between alt-rock and metal since their formation a decade ago. Touring with Junius certainly didn’t hurt, as did their first two albums, 2011’s Garden Window and 2013’s Disillusion. Today, via Noisey, the band revealed “Deconstruct,” the first song from their forthcoming third album, Endless Light. The site describes the song as something that would be appreciated by fans of Torche or Jupiter-era Cave In. We’d also throw Thrice, who they’ve toured with in the past, into the equation. It’s melodic, spacey and driving, and if the rest of the album, coming out on March 25th on Triple Crown, is as good as this, we’re really excited to hear how it comes out.
