Ever feel like comedy could use some blood and thunder? Need something new from Mastodon after the band’s album update? If so, Newmerica Media’s new show Fameless might be what you’re looking for since it stars Brent Hinds of Mastodon as well as his good friend Max Cooper. The premise of the show is basically Hinds and Cooper doing a bunch of random shit that, according to the video above, ranges from woodcutting to riding bikes that are a size too small, to apparently anything. The show will also feature celebrity guests in each episode, which means its a safe bet we’ll be seeing other metal musicians joining in the shenanigans. Hinds has shown before that he has a taste for comedy, so we can’t say we’re not interested to see this. Plus, it’s Mastodon, what more do you want? Newmerica is looking for executive producers to finish the season, so there’s no premiere date as of yet. For now, take a look at he trailer and judge it for yourself.
