The question keeps on coming up; where is the new Tool album? Well we can firmly tell you after all this time that we have no idea! What we do know is that Maynard James Keenan has been busy with his band Puscifer coming up with a video for their song “The Arsonist.” It is not as much music video as it is a social commentary on the upcoming election. If you haven’t been following the election, the short version is that it is an uncomfortably close race between Hilary Clinton and Donald Trump. With little more than three weeks left, for Maynard James Keenan, it’s too close for him to not voice his input.

The Arsonist,” which premiered today on The AV Club, doesn’t make it particularly difficult to discern which side of the political fence that Keenan sits on. It starts with Joe Rogan announcing a fight between Maynard and Ronda Rousey. The stakes of said fight are so unusual that you have to watch the video to believe it. The rest of the video contains a training montage and a big fight against a “Trumpzilla” monster, with Rousey sipping tea with her “trophy.”One thing that cannot be mistaken; Maynard makes it very clear what he thinks of a looming Trump presidency, and the bizarre video has to be seen to be believed. If you’re interested in seeing Puscifer, here’s where you can catch them:
