How much does it cost to book Metallica for your party? That’s probably not an answer that California tech company Salesforce is about to tell you, but judging from their performance at their surprise party last week, Metallica can be bought. And the gig, in addition to being filmed by probably most of the people there on their cellphones, was also captured by Metallica’s web site, who put footage of them warming up for the show and playing “Welcome Home (Sanitarium)” on their YouTube page. Short of playing Antarctica, it’s probably one of their strangest gigs in the last few years, but if you’re a millionaire that wants to impress your bored kid for their bar mitzvah, you might be taking notes right now.
