Ever wanted to see Dimmu Borgir perform with an orchestra and choir? Well apparently a lot of fans in Norway did.  The symphonic black metallers performed a special “one time only” show this past Saturday (May 28) at the Oslo Spektrum in Norway with the KORK (the Norwegian Radio Orchestra) and the Schola Cantorum choir, both of whom appeared on the band’s latest album Abrahadabra.

This special performance was filmed and recorded for a possible live album/DVD release. However, fan filmed footage of Dimmu Borgir performing with the orchestra and choir has already hit the web. You can check out the band performing “Gateways” with KORK and the Schola Cantorum choir up top, while more videos can be seen over at Blabbermouth. You can also check out pictures of the band rehearsing with KORK and the Schola Cantorum choir on their Facebook fan page. Watch the clips and judge for yourselves whether Dimmu Borgir was merely masturbating or not.
