Duff McKagan must have had a lot of fun playing with his old Guns N’ Roses band mate Axl Rose and the new GN’R lineup back in October, 2010. So much fun, in fact, that he probably joined a former band member’s GN’R tribute band just to attempt to relive that moment. Though with all the Corey Taylor rumors swamping the internet, it’s just as likely that he simply wanted to have fun.

Last night (Monday, February 28), McKagan joined former GN’R drummer Steven Adler’s band Adler’s Appetite onstage at The Underworld in London, England. Duff performed “It’s So Easy” and “My Michelle” with Adler’s GN’R tribute group, the later song you can see video of above.

Now pretty much everyone in the GN’R camp BUT Axl and Slash have performed with each other. Even Adler appeared onstage with his GN’R replacement Matt Sorum not too long ago. The two drummers might have kissed and made up, but whether Axl and Slash ever will is less than likely (or at least don’t hold your breath). All we can do for now is just enjoy seeing Adler’s Appetite, Velvet Revolver, and the new GN’R, and hope that maybe a special guest or two will show up to each band’s show.
