With so much buzz surrounding Lamb Of God’s Resolution, we almost forgot that Lacuna Coil’s new album Dark Adrenaline came out this week as well. While their set on Gigantour will surely help, it’s a shame that the album hasn’t gotten  more attention since many feel that the album finds the band returning to their sound prior to the over-polished album Shallow Life. They’re a little poppier, but they write catchy songs and Cristina Scabbia’s voice really is spectacular. And both facts are proven by the band’s recent in-store acoustic set at New Jersey’s Vintage Vinyl Tuesday night (January 24).

Though we weren’t able to attend the intimate event (once again because of Lamb Of God), fan filmed footage of Lacuna Coil’s acoustic show has made its way online. You can watch their stripped down performance of the new album’s first single “Trip The Darkness” above, while video of “End Of Time” can be seen after the jump.
