Many fans rolled their eyes when the former Van Halen singer revealed that he was “abducted by aliens.” But one thing you have to give Sammy Hagar credit for is being able to laugh at himself.

The Red Rocker was on ABC’s Jimmy Kimmel Live! promoting his new autobiography Red: My Uncensored Life In Rock when he took part of a re-enactment of the alien encounter explained in the book. This re-enactment includes Hagar having a pillow fight with two aliens, both played by the show’s Guillermo Díaz. It’s almost as funny (if not funnier) as Díaz being thrown out of the Metallica’s Call Of Duty: Black Ops release party by James Hetfield himself.
