Ian Griffiths, 28, is the man behind Ian The Gnome. According to his Kickstarter bio:

“I have been collecting gnomes for about 12 yrs and i always would find the same boring gnomes in all the shops. I decided to try to paint my own gnomes and see how it turned out. People instantly loved them and started asking if i could do customized gnomes for the people in their lives. It’s a perfect gift for the people who are hard to buy for or already have everything.”
