Metalcore is a limited genre. There’s only so many breakdowns you can string together, but that hasn’t stopped a now-defunct band from accusing a non-defunct band, namely Attila, of stealing one of their songs. War From A Harlot’s Mouth, who broke up in 2013, says that the band took elements of their song, “If You Want To Blame Us For Something Wrong, Please Abuse This Song” Namely, a machine gun sample for their song “Obsession.”

Listening to the songs back to back, they’ve got a point, but then again, neither song sounds that original. We’d swear Fear Factory did it first years ago. Check out the two songs, though. So far, Attila hasn’t commented.
