Metal By Numbers 1/24: Veils, vales, and sales

Posted by on January 24, 2018

Metal By Numbers is a weekly column in which we look at the top metal sellers and debuts of the week.

So Black Veil Brides have a new album called Vale, but it’s “vale” as in a valley, not “veil” as in “the bride had a black veil.” Just remember that it’s “Vale by Black Veil Brides” and not “Veil by Black Vale Brides.” Anywho, now that I’ve milked that bit, Vale is also this week’s top debut for meta and hard rock as the slew of new releases begin to flow in for 2018.
