Metal By Numbers is a weekly column in which we look at the top metal sellers and debuts of the week.
Sometimes I like to listen to one of the debut albums while I’m writing the charts, so I went with Polyphia. And damn, I’ve seen their name floating around the past couple years but sitting down to actually listen to this new album made me slap myself upside the head and think “Jeez, why did I sleep on this?” Always good to expand horizons and all that.
The third album from this instrumental band gives them their best debut yet.
The band’s seventh album charted pretty high and sold little more than half of its predecessor
This is the first album released by Tom Morello under his own name.
Uncle Acid & The Deadbeats, Wasteland
