Metal By Numbers 4/24: Sunn O))) is love, Sunn O))) is life

Posted by on April 24, 2019

Metal By Numbers is a weekly column in which we look at the top metal sellers and debuts of the week.

It’s an interesting mishmash on the charts today. Record Store Day always brings a slew of random sales from exclusive vinyl releases and such, but it also brings boosts to albums that have been on here awhile. One of the more noteworthy releases is Sunn O)))’s latest album Life Metal. The album isn’t available everywhere until this Friday, April 26th, but it released on vinyl and CD at select stores for Record Store Day, so it’s making its MBN debut a little early. I for one am eager to hear it.
