Metal Inside(r) Home Quarantine is Metal Insider’s new column during this time of isolation due to the COVID-19 pandemic. We asked artists five questions on what’s been keeping them busy ranging from their favorite movies, food they’ve been eating, music they’ve been listening to and more. We caught up with Psychosomatic’s Jeff Salgado as he’s been spending this time designing artwork for other bands.

What have you been doing to pass time during Quarantine?

Designing artwork for various other bands as well as writing our next album.  We’re also shooting a video that will be released after our new album drops.

Have you been listening to any music or have any playlists worth checking out?

The new HAVOK V album slays and we love the Necrot single.

A lot of people have been spending this time cooking including making their own bread, what food have you been prepping during this time?

I’ve been focused on fasting and dieting. I eat fruit, yogurt, granola and a hot mug of coffee for breakfast. Granola bar for a snack. Protein shake for lunch & salad for dinner. Repeat.

In terms of entertainment, what movies, TV shows, books, or games have been keeping you busy?

I watched the Jeffrey Epstein documentary on Netflix & play GTA 5 on Xbox live when or if I have time.

What advice do you have for your fans in isolation during this time?

Stay positive and know this is only temporary.  Be safe and especially be respectful to each other. And most importantly buy, stream or download the new Psychosomatic album!!!! See you when we can!!!!
