New & Noteworthy: June 14th 2019 – Gold & New Music

Posted by on June 14, 2019

New & Noteworthy is a weekly column in which we highlight some of the newest rock and metal releases coming out each week. This week brings us new music from Motionless in White and more! For last week’s releases you can check out the last New & Noteworthy, and for the latest sales numbers Metal by Numbers.  Be sure to follow us on Spotify to get this month’s New & Noteworthy Playlist, updated every Friday with the newest metal releases.

I’m home, I’m 95% better, and I’ve been damn busy this week! Spent the weekend in, recovering and reading through the first 1/3 of the Fullmetal Alchemist manga series. Monday I caught Coheed & Cambria and Mastodon at Stage AE here in Pittsburgh. It was a killer show despite some light-mild rain. Tuesday I caught Pittsburgh locals Only Flesh and Solarburn at the Black Forge Coffee, our heavy metal themed coffee shop. And of course, I powered through Season 5 of Black Mirror. So, who wants to play Striking Vipers?
