They’re one of those guttural/slam death metal bands, but I remember seeing those guys and they were kind of my first exposure to seeing new death metal. Going to shows and seeing them was like “holy shit!” Zach Gibson actually plays drums in it, and he use to play in The Black Dahlia Murder, he played on Miasma. He’s one of my favorite drummers of all time. It’s just pretty much straight, fast, brutal death metal. It’s no bullshit, you’re either into it or not, but even if you’re not you’re still amazed at how fucking brutal these guys are. Especially Zach, he’s one of the fastest drummers I’ve ever seen play.
