skidrow4) Skid Row with Sebastian Bach

How much would you pay to see Skid Row reunite with singer Sebastian Bach? If you’re bassist Rachel Bolan, the answer is “more than half a million dollars,” apparently. That’s what Bach said the band got offered to play Sonisphere with him singing. He says it’s been 19 years since he spoke with Bolan. While Bach isn’t the first vocalist of Skid Row, he is the one that sang on their first three albums, the first two of which were multi-platinum. Since then, they’ve had three singers (with TNT’s Tony Harnell just having joined). And while Bach has had a successful solo career since leaving, having been on Broadway, TV, and several solo ablums, he has yet to reach the heights that he did with Skid Row. That’s more than double for Skid Row, who haven’t come close to replicating the fame they had when Bach was in the band. Given that they’ve just announced Harnell, if they’re really in the position to turn down half a million for two shows, it’s safe to say that there’s no reunion with Bach in sight.
