2. Bobby “Blitz” Ellsworth’s Chocolaterie

When you think of Overkill, high end Belgian chocolate isn’t exactly the first thing that comes to mind. However, frontman Bobby “Blitz” Ellsworth and his wife Annette (who happens to be Dutch) decided in 2004 to open their very own chocolate shop.  “I was about to open a studio and I thought, ‘She is not going to want to sit in a studio.’ She had done her legwork on this and had always been in service industry with her parents. We went that route. I’ve bailed [out] the Lamb Of God guys a few times on Valentine’s Day when they need some chocolates,” Ellsworth recently revealed to The Aquarian. The store, named Chocolaterie, was originally in New Jersey but is now located in Nyack, NY.
