4) King Diamond

King Diamond has been out of the spotlight for quite a while now. Back in 2007, he released his most recent album, Give Me Your Soul… Please, but wound up canceling a tour of the States due to a herniated disk. Then in 2002, much like Alexander, it was discovered that he had some blockages in his arteries and also needed triple bypass surgery. It was done successfully, and about a year later, he made his first public appearance, onstage with Metallica. He was nominated for a Grammy for last year’s appearance on Volbeat’s Outlaw Gentlemen & Shady Ladies, and more importantly, will be touring the States for the first time in years and is working on a new album.
