Baizley-3-300x1993) Jon Baisley of Baroness

In 2012, Baroness had just released their third album, the double-disc Yellow and Green, and were touring Europe when they got into a bus accident. For a while, no one knew how bad the band was injured, then it came to light that singer and rhythm guitarist John Baisley was the most injured band member, breaking his arm and let. By the end of that year, Baizley was able to play a bit acoustically, and in the beginning of the following year, he made his first live appearance, playing a few songs solo in Philadelphia. He did it again with guitarist Pete Adams opening for Neurosis. In May of last year, the band, with a replacement rhythm section, was back, and Baisley appears to be back to full strength.
