Inviting you to win passes to a festival called Uninvited is an oxymoron, but that’s exactly what we’re doing! We wrote about Uninvited, a metal and art festival coming to Brooklyn next week, a few days ago. A four day festival with that aims to do for doom and stoner rock what the Maryland Deathfest does for death metal, Uninvited will feature 29 bands. In addition, the inaugural fest will also feature skateboarding, film screenings, and art exhibitions throughout the four days, and attendees will be welcome to camp on site.
Some of the bands playing Uninvited include Bl’ast, The Skull, Orchid, Weedeater, Mothership, Lecherous Gaze, Black Cobra, and Lo-Pan. In the NIHIL Gallery, which is presenting the festival and is adjacent to the lot where the festival is being held, there will be an art exhibition featuring artists including David Paul Seymour, Ben Venom, Lee Trice, Norman Reedus, Wolftits and Cicero deGuzman. On Saturday (20), Show-Class Magazine and Biltwell will host an afterparty, which will feature a special acoustic show featuring Wino. This looks to be an exciting couple of days, and we’ll be there – join us!
While single day passes are available, we’re giving away two four-day passes, a $250 value, to the inaugural Uninvited Festival. To enter, just fill out the form below. We’ll pick a winner on Wednesday, September 17th.
