Last night in Chicago, a thief stole one of Zakk Wylde’s signature guitars and a Black Label Society vest. The custom Gibson Les Paul Pelham Blue and the vest were stolen off Zakk’s bus at 10pm. Wylde was in town with a who’s who of other guitarists as part of the Experience Hendrix tour. The guitar, pictured, is a one-of-a -kind custom axe, which will make it extremely hard to sell. If you know people in and around Chicago, though, you might want to tell them to keep an eye out for the stolen items. From the looks of it, his BLS family is already on the case.

Zakk was one of a handful of guitar legends in town for Experience Hendrix, which also included Buddy Guy, Jonny Lang, Kenny Wayne Shepherd, Dweezil Zappa and more. You can read about Wylde’s custom Pelham Blue here.
