Epicenter 2020: Metallica and Disturbed to headline, new home in Charlotte

After a “rocky” start (pun intended) in Rockingham, North Carolina, Epicenter has found a new home at the Rock City Campgrounds at Charlotte Motor Speedway.

After a monumental announcement by DWP and Metallica giving us not one… but TWO headlining sets at all of DWP festivals for next year we all awaited the full lineup!

Well the wait is (almost) OVER! Announced today (19th), the second annual Epicenter will see Disturbed headline Saturday, May 2nd, with direct support from Deftones, Lynyrd Skynyrd, and Godsmack on their respective nights.

The three day destination music experience will feature over 60 bands, gourmet food and various brands of whiskey including Metallica’s newly launched Blackened.

The full lineup for Epicenter is as follows:

Saturday, May 2: Disturbed, Lynyrd Skynyrd (one of the band’s final appearances ever, as part of their Last of the Street Survivors Farewell Tour), Staind, Chevelle, Cypress Hill, Anthrax, Alter Bridge, Code Orange, Of Mice & Men, Saint Asonia, Jinjer, Crown The Empire, Anti-Flag, City Morgue, The Chats, Dinosaur Pile-Up, Clint Lowery, Brkn Love, Brutus, Toothgrinder, Brass Against, Selfish Things, Zero 9:36, Like Machines

Ticket prices start at $189.50 for the three days and go up depending on wether you want VIP or camping options.

With tickets already on sale and selling quickly it will only be a matter of time before it’s sold out.
