Metallica have been promising that there would be heavier acts performing their inaugural Orion Music & More Festival. And this morning, they’ve kept true to their word.

In addition to announcing the “Damage Inc.” stage, Metallica have announced more bands slated to appear at their two day festival in Atlantic City, NJ. Some of the newly confirmed bands include Suicidal Tendencies (bassist Robert Trujillo’s former band), Sepultura, Red Fang, Torche, Kyng, Landmine Marathon, Black Tusk, and Thy Will Be Done. Plus, comedian Jim Breuer and his Heavy Metal Comedy Tour will be appearing at the festival as well.

And according to a new trailer for the festival, there will be even more bands announced soon. For all of those who were complaining about the heavy indie rock presence at Orion, these new additions should definitely put you at ease. Suddenly, we have more of an urge to go to the festival.
