Umami Burger introduces the Slash burger, a slab of beefy, cheesy goodness topped with caramelized onions, shiitake mushrooms, American cheese, avocado spread, wasabi aioli and served with a Parmesan cheese crisp. Burger and Slash enthusiasts can devour this masterpiece at 20 of the chain’s locations across the country including New York City, San Francisco, Los Angeles and Miami. The culinary creation will run you $15 with $1 of the proceeds going directly to the Los Angeles Youth Network. Catch the Slash burger on the menu now through November 27.
