UK metalcore band Architects just released their seventh album, All Our Gods Have Abandoned Us, in May. A month later, they played some European shows that included Germany’s Rock Am Ring and Rock Im Park. In a lengthy and moving post, the band’s drummer , and Tom’s brother Dan, says that while the band will continue to tour in support of the album, the future of the band is up in the air. Searle had been diagnosed with melanoma skin cancer in 2013, but after having an operation to remove part of his lower leg, he’d been playing with the band as normalWe’re sad to hear about his passing, and our sympathy to his family, friends and bandmates.
