Suicide Silence working with Ross Robinson on new album

Posted by on March 3, 2016

ssrobinsonYesterday, Suicide Silence threw up a photo on their social media that simply stated #suicidesilence2016. They were joined in the picture by a gentleman that by all accounts, looked like Ross Robinson, producer of Korn, Slipknot, Limp Bizkit, Sepultura and At the Drive In. That would lead many to think that perhaps he might be behind the board for the new album, also having recently worked with Red Fang. At least that’s what Metal Injection thought when writing it. And it’s been confirmed by vocalist Eddie Hermida.

This will be the band’s follow-up to 2014’s You Can’t Stop Me. It’ll be interesting to hear what Robinson does with them (and Red Fang as well). Having toured with Korn last year as they played their self-titled, Robinson-produced first album, it’ll also be worth watching to see if any of that influence rubs off on the deathcore band.
