Yesterday, Metal Insider sat in on our sister site, The Laugh Button‘s podcast. We’ve sat in on the news before, generally because someone’s on vacation and we think we’re funnier than we actually are. Yesterday was different though, as the guest on the podcast was Red Fang bassist/singer Aaron Beam. It’s obvious from their videos that the band have a great sense of humor, which is why TLB angled to get them on the podcast while they were in town for two sold-out shows at The Music Hall of Williamsburg and Mercury Lounge. Matt and Mark (the actual hosts) covered a variety of topics with Aaron, but towards the end of the taping, Aaron spoke about the one and only time he tried doing actual standup comedy in Portland.
