ace frehley eoneIt’s been about four years since Ace Frehley released Anomaly (which was his first since 1989’s Trouble Walkin’). But it doesn’t look like we’ll have to wait another 20 years for new solo albums as the Spaceman has found a new label home.

The former KISS guitarist announced this morning that he has signed a new two-album deal with eOne Music. Frehley has reportedly been working on new music with Matt Starr (Burning Rain) and bassist Chris Wyse (The Cult, Owl), with an early 2014 being eyed. While eOne has been on a signing spree with heavier acts lately, Frehley is a major addition to the label’s roster. The signing also comes at a good time for the label, considering that the guitarist might soon be a Rock And Roll Hall Of Fame inductee.
