It’s safe to say that Of Mice & Men didn’t have a pleasant weekend. Early Saturday morning, singer Austin Carlile and the band’s drum tech Loniel Robinson were arrested in Bowling Green, Ohio (where the band was performing with A Day To Remember). According to The BG News, Police were called to the scene after a fight between two groups broke out in the street and resulted in one person lying on the ground unconscious. Carlile and Robinson were then arrested and then charged with felonious assault. After spending the weekend at  the Wood County Justice Center, Carlile was released on a $25,000 bond Monday morning.

At this moment, Of Mice & Men has yet to official comment on the matter. However, shortly after Carlile’s arrest, the band was forced to reveal via Facebook that “Due to unforeseen circumstances we will not be able to make our next two dates with A Day To Remember this weekend. Apologies to any of you that purchased tickets to see us at these dates we will make it up to you guys as soon as possible!” While the singer seems to be back on the road with his band, Carlile and Robinson will have a preliminary hearing on April 15 at a municipal court.
