Exclusive: 3 Name Their Top 3 Influences

Posted by on September 22, 2011

To say that it’s hard to define 3’s sound is a bit of an understatement. While the obvious label would be prog rock, the band’s music combines so many different elements and styles that they truly stand out amongst fellow modern bands. That’s why we at Metal Insider thought it would be fun to ask each member of 3 to list their Top 3 (eh, see what we did?) favorite players of their own instruments.

So take a look and see the three musicians each member of 3 listed as their biggest influences after the jump. Then head over to Metal Sucks, who are streaming a new song called “React,” the first single off of 3’s new album The Ghost You Gave to Me.
