We missed Faith No More. That much is apparent, from their sold out club tour to their new album, Sol Invictus, debuting in the top ten, their return after a long hiatus from making music has been warmly received. And while the band have always been a good live, they seem to not only have gotten more comfortable from the touring they’ve been doing this year, but also to be actually enjoying themselves. The band recently stopped by BBC’s Radio 1 Rock Show to play a handful of songs from the new album, as well as a cover of Burt Bacharach’s “This Guy’s In Love With You.” Watching their live performance in such an intimate setting is pretty incredible, and the interview snippets are interesting too. Basically this will make you want to (digitally) dust off that copy of Sol Invictus and spend some more time with it. Or perhaps to see them later this Summer on tour with Refused (or Napalm Death).
