Early this morning en route from Corpus Christi to Austin, a truck carrying Lamb of God’s gear overturned. Darren Sanders, who was on the road with them, said via a Facebook post that I-37 was closed off for seven hours while the tried to salvage the band’s gear. Thankfully, it could have been much worse. The driver of the truck only suffered a broken arm and some cuts and bruises and was able to walk away from the accident. While the status of the band’s gear is uncertain, tomorrow’s show with Anthrax, Deafheaven and Power Trip in Austin is still on. The tour has four more dates remaining.
