As this week focused on the Elections, there haven’t been that many videos released this week. However, today is November 11, and in case you did not know, the Norwegian gothic metallers Sirenia’s Dim Days of Dolor via Napalm Records is out now! To celebrate this release, Sirenia unveiled the music video to the title track. There have been significant changes over the past few months that have circled this album when the announcement hit over the summer about parting ways with Ailyn Giménez García and bringing Emmanuelle Zoldan on board. The change of vocalists has not diverted Sirenia’s initial melancholic style, as the melody and lyrics are depressing as ever. It could possibly be their most morbid album to date as Morten Veland said so himself he wanted this album to be “pure and utterly melancholy.” Dim Days of Dolor is the follow up from 2015’s The Seventh Life Path.
