It’s been a bit over two years since we heard any new Amon Amarth but the wait seems to be over soon because frontman Johan Hegg just took over his twitter to let everyone know him and the rest of the Swedish vikings in the band are writing some new music in the woods, like true vikings.
The band has been rather quiet for the past few months, maybe due to side projects like breaking into the big screen but it seems to be time for the band to hit the studio soon and deliver a follow-up to their 2013 Deceiver of the Gods, hopefully early next year and a then we can hope for a tour announcement across the entire globe, but in the meantime we just have to wait for a bit longer.
