Zakk Wylde was in New York City last week making the first rounds in support of Black Label Society’s new album Catacombs Of The Black Vatican. During that time, he spoke with us, played some of the new album for fans, and even held court at the Apple SoHo store. And now we have our first taste of new BLS material.

Catacombs Of The Black Vatican is now available on iTunes for preview. And thanks to that, not only do we know what the track listing and cover artwork (as seen above) looks like, but we also got a spanking new track called “My Dying Time.” Wylde promised us that Catacombs Of The Black Vatican was going to have some “heavy stuff,” and the album’s second cut doesn’t disappoint. Sure, it doesn’t see Wylde pushing any musical boundaries, but long-time BLS berserkers will be more than pleased.

Those who pre-order the album receive “My Dying Time” instantly. However, thanks to the internet, the song has quickly made its way online and can be streamed in the video below. Catacombs Of The Black Vatican comes out on April 8 via eOne Music.
