It has been eight years since Rammstein released 2009’s Liebe ist für alle da. However, the band has been promoting quite a lot lately including a handful of North American Tour dates, and the upcoming DVD release of Rammstein: Paris. In a recent interview during the premiere of Rammstein Paris, the band continue to hint about a follow-up.

After discussing the joy of bringing fire to the stage, guitarists Richard Kruspe and Paul Landers discussed writing new music. Kruspe commented

“We have 35 new songs almost finished. So it’s worth the wait.”

Landers mentioned:

“There’s a great chance of an excellent album come out, we already have 6 very good songs!”
