Ever wonder what Michael Jackson’s kids are up to since he died? Don’t worry about it, they’re in good hands, and by that we mean, hanging out with Steel Panther, but we’ll get to that later. The band have just announced that their fourth album,  Lower the Bar, will drop on February 24th of next year, so you can pencil that on your list of things to look forward to in 2017. It will follow up 2014’s All You Can Eat.

Along with the announcement of Lower the Bar and its release date, the band have released a video for the new album’s first single, a cover of Cheap Trick’s “She’s Tight.” The video’s got a ton of cameos in it, including Cheap Trick’s Robin Zander, Papa Roach’s Tony Palermo, and Paris-Michael Jackson. Considering she’s hanging with Steel Panther and taking her dad’s name, it’s looking like she’ll turn out as normal and well-adjusted as her father!

In addition to being available for pre-order on iTunes and Amazon, you can also pick up a deluxe version via Pledgemusic or their web site.

“Lower the Bar” will be released February 24th and is available for pre-order from iTunes and Amazon. For those “fanthers” that need more, deluxe bundles are available for pre-order on the band’s website SteelPantherRocks.com.
