There’s a whole lot of new Buckethead to like this month

Posted by on October 29, 2015

If you’re a fan of onetime Guns N’ Roses guitarist Buckethead, you probably already know this by now, but all month long, the prolific guitarist has been releasing music. And by that, we mean ALL MONTH LONG. Last year, the guitarist released 60 albums, or an average of one album every six days. If that sounds amazingly ambitious, then he’s looking to one-up that this year. In fact, every day in October, he’s released an album as  __ Days Til  Halloween with a subtitle so the album he released on October 1 was 31 Days Til Halloween and on down – you get the picture.

All of the albums so far are on his Bandcamp page. It seems like the albums are $8.99 when they come out, and after they’ve been out for a week, drop to $2. That’s a small price to pay for an album, especially if you’re a fan of Buckethead. Each album that’s up on his Bandcamp page has one song streaming from it, and from what we’ve heard, they all sound a little soundscapy, like music you’d hear while walking through a haunted house. It could be a pretty good soundtrack for your halloween, so download them now… if you dare! MUAHAHAHAHHA (sorry, it’s been a long day and I’m a little loopy).
