Brooklyn, New York’s Candiria haven’t played in New York City in a decade. That changes on May 17th with the announcement that the band will be playing  this year’s Black N’ Blue Bowl.

Says Candiria guitarist John LaMacchia:

“The band is extremely excited that this is finally happening. Candiria has been asked to play the Black and Blue Bowl every year for the past four or so and each year we’ve been bummed that we’ve had to say no for one reason or another. They always put together such a great lineup and we’ve always wanted to be a part of it. Now the band is back together and we couldn’t think of a better way to kick things off than to share the stage with some great bands at the BnB Bowl this May.”

Crumbsuckers and Agents Of Man will be reuniting at Black N’ Blue Bowl, too, which takes place at Webster Hall in New York City. Candiria’s latest release was their Invaders EP, which came out in April 2014.
