According to Variety, a new documentary circling the life of Chris Cornell is in the works. There isn’t much information about the film involving the late Soundgarden/Audioslave frontman aside from it being produced by his Widow, Vicky, along with Brad Pitt and Peter Berg’s Film 45 production company. The film hasn’t been listed via IMDB yet either.

However, there are many different angles this film can shape up to be including his legendary career, being memorialized with the life statue in Seattle, his family suing Cornell’s doctor for malpractice, Soundgarden members performing the first time together without Cornell, etc.

Chris Cornell died on May 18th, 2017 as a result of hanging at the MGM Grand in Detroit, which was shortly after what turned out to be the final Soundgarden performance.
