Code Orange plan to entertain fans once more with a new live stream event. “Under The Skin” is set to take place July 30 at on the band’s Twitch channel.

According to a post on the band’s Facebook detailing the event, “Under The Skin” is being described as “a full band reimagined and stripped down presentation of tracks spanning our entire catalogue.” The post continues, “Conceptually akin to classic MTV Unplugged performances, but with nightmarish digital twists and turns, “UNDER THE SKIN” will broadcast live from The Theatre Factory in Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania.”

A short video teasing the event was included at the end of their latest “You And You Alone” stream, which took place on Monday (29).

This is the second live stream event Code Orange has undertaken. In March, the band live streamed an album release show they called “Last Ones Left: In Fear Of The End.” That show took place at the Roxian Theatre in McKees Rocks, PA to an empty venue.

Aside from these full band shows, Code Orange has been making live streaming a normal part of their fan interaction during the pandemic. The band has been doing a bi-weekly live stream series on Twitch called “You And You Alone” where they provide fans with unique musical experiences.

A time for the stream has not been announced yet.

The band also plans to sell exclusive merch through their webstore while the event is taking place. Included in those items is a limited edition vinyl pressing of their new album, ‘Underneath.’

‘Underneath,’ the band’s fourth studio album, was released in March. The album was the follow-up to their critically acclaimed 2017 album ‘Forever.’

Code Orange was set to hit the road behind ‘Underneath’ starting in March with Show Me The Body, Jesus Piece, Year Of The Knife, and Machine Girl. Those dates were subsequently postponed due to the COVID-19 pandemic.
