Dave Mustaine of Megadeth has finally settled into Nashville, TN, so now he’s selling his mega-house. Built in 1990 and over 5,000 square feet,  his San Diego, CA mansion is up for sale, and it can be yours for around $5 million. That gets you nearly 10 acres which includes, “vineyards, pastureland and a pond,” and a (pictured below) “state-of-the-art sound and recording studio occupies what once was a pool house.”

Mustaine spoke of moving to Nashville in an interview earlier this year with Rolling Stone:

“This is the fourth time we’ve lived (in Nashville, TN). We still have our San Diego house but we’re planning on selling soon and making this permanent. You know the saying, “Happy wife, happy life”? My wife and daughter are very, very, very happy here.”

Moving Megadeth to Nashville led to an interesting guest appearance on their latest album, Dystopia. According to an interview with The Tennessean, four-time Grammy Award winning country singer and guitarist Steve Wariner appears on the new album, which comes out January 22nd.
